How this works

This is the review step for the Shivalaya/Yashodhara link-building pipeline. Two n8n workflows do the automated work and hand off to you here; nothing sends anything until you click Approve.

W1 (weekly, Mondays) — n8n pulls competitor backlinks + footprint searches, filters junk, and drops new domains into New Prospects below.
You approve/reject here — bulk-select and go.
W2 (event-driven) — once approved, n8n finds a contact email (Hunter/NeverBounce) and drafts a pitch with Claude, then drops it into Draft Review.
You approve, edit, or reject the draft here, with a reason code on reject so the prompt can be tuned later.
Approved drafts sit at status: In sequence until W3 enrolls them in the sending tool (Instantly), which sends the initial email and a day-6 follow-up on its own.
When a reply comes in, W3 classifies it with Claude and moves the prospect to Replies below — unsubscribes are suppressed automatically, everything else is yours to read and respond to by email directly.

Journalist Queries is a separate, faster path (W4): journalist requests from Qwoted/SOS/Featured get an AI-drafted reply within minutes, for you to copy and send through the platform directly — there's no approve/reject step, just Copy → Mark sent.

All Prospects is a read-only browser across every status, for spot-checking or seeing what's stuck.

Stack: n8n (schedules the pipeline) → seo-outreach-api (this data store, Node/Express/Knex) ← this page (talks to the same REST API you'd give n8n). No Slack — this page is the entire human-review step.

Any workflow failure or an auto-paused sending campaign posts an alert here (top of page) and, once wired up in n8n, emails you too — the banner is the one thing on this page that isn't tab-scoped.

Domains n8n's weekly prospecting run (W1) found and hasn't seen before. Select the ones worth pursuing and approve them — approved + Guest Post prospects get picked up by W2 for enrichment and drafting automatically.

AI-drafted pitches (W2) waiting on you. Edit the text directly if it needs a tweak, then Approve (queues it for sending, once that's built) or Reject with a reason code.

Live journalist requests (W4) with an AI-drafted reply already attached. Copy the draft and send it through the original platform (Qwoted/SOS/etc.) — not by email — then mark it here.

Replies to sent pitches (W3), classified by Claude. Interested/Question rows are what actually need you — reply from your own inbox directly using the address shown; nothing here sends anything. Unsubscribes never reach this list — they're suppressed automatically and don't need action.

Targets that need you to do something off-platform — no workflow can act on these. Directory rows are listing or membership forms to fill in (EPCH, FIEO, IndiaMART, Faire, GOTS…); Journalist Request rows are the query platforms themselves (SOS, Qwoted, Featured, ResponseSource) that the monitor inbox needs subscribing to before W4 sees any traffic. Mark Done once the listing is live or the signup is complete.
